02 NCAC 48C .0129          VARIETY LABELING

The variety name shall be stated on the seed analysis label for the following kinds of seed:

(1)           cotton;

(2)           field corn;

(3)           peanuts;

(4)           soybeans;

(5)           tobacco; and

(6)           wheat.
